Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
dear
we migrated from india in 1947 and residing in pakistan since then. our grand father did not shift with us and remained in patiala state till death.he died in 50s. he was big land lord of patiala state and left big agriculture land after death in patiala state,my question is whater we can claim that agriculture land

yes, you have a right over that landl. have u checked the status of that land. its been a long time and people might have illegally occupied the same.
