Deemed Conveyance
when a developer does not convey the landed property in favour of society, how does a society obtain deemed conveyance. wht are the documents to be submitted/arranged from obtaining a deemed conveyance.

you may go for complaint before consumer forum in this regard.

Any grievance against the society or vice versa the remedy is before the registrar of society and not the consumer forum as mentioned here in above.
