Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
in Delhi i have a tenant with whom i have an unregistered agreement on stamp paper. its tenure is ending in mid 2013 for some area in my premises for which i am taking cheques. i have another agreement with the same tenant for some more area which is also unregistered but for which he's paying cash. Now he has given me a letter which says that i have to pay him approx 12 lakhs rupees for his interior cost. there is no such thing in the agreement which states this. he has stop paying rentals. This person has a huge criminal record. he has done a huge fraud with other companies but is not similar to mine. i want to now what how can i make him leave my premises and take all the rent that is due on him.
