Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

i have developed a commercial gold complex and iam on the verge of completion.there are 7 shops in one floor measuring around 80 to 100 sq ft. How should i proceed with the lease agreement. I have been informed that any property which is less than 144sq ft is very difficult to vacate even if you have a registered lease agreement.

please reply me is there any way that the landlord will have more advantage in my kind of situation.

thank you

You have to enter into a lease deed and then if any problem arises at the time of vacating then cases have to be filed according to the situation. Now you cannot do anything hypothetically. Be bold and get along. Otherwise it will be waste for you keeping all the shops vacant fearing that tomorrow it will be difficult to vacate. Take some good amount and put conditions in the lease deed to safeguard your property. Contact me if needed at [email protected]
