entering contract with a minor
What are the precautions to be taken while entering into contract with a minor who will become major during the tenure of the contract (lease agreement).
since he is minor now he is represented by is mother now.

may be there can be an agreement till the date he become a major by the mother
and another after he becomes a major with the son.
if it is worth of all and the parties agree - get the mother appointed as guardian of the son until he attains majority 21 yrs - guardians and wards act.

ensure that her mother takes all responsibility as his guardian
