Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
eviction under AP rent control act
I am staying in rented house since 40 years. My Landlord has filed a case against me for eviction informing that he is planning to construct a new building. The age of the existing premises is 50 years old. I am paying the month rent regularly without fail.If i defend the case the judgement will be in whose favour. Will i be evicted or shall i continue with the possesion.
Does the law permt me to continue the possesion.
