Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

eviction under leave and licese agreement

I rented out my premises for running a bakery shop for a period of 5 years. This agreement was further renewed for another 2-1/2 years. Now after the expiry of the agreement the licensee has refused to vacate the premises. What should I do?
