eviction under leave and licese agreement
I rented out my premises for running a bakery shop for a period of 5 years. This agreement was further renewed for another 2-1/2 years. Now after the expiry of the agreement the licensee has refused to vacate the premises. What should I do?

You may consider filing an eviction petition seeking vacation of the property on such grounds as may be available to you under local laws of your State. You may need to engage a local counsel to pursue your remedy.

you can file a civil suit after issuing legal notice to him for possession.
