Dear Sir / Madam,

(B C Road, Patna, Bihar)

Renewal of a lease is at the sole discretion of a lessor. Ideally, it is always advisable to enter into a fresh lease with a new lessee whenever the previous lease period expires.

A lessee cannot force the lessor to renew the lease under any circumstances.
