Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father had legally sold his house to me six years ago. I am abroad and my father's brother and family had moved in with my consent three years back for the education of their daughter. I am perfectly fine with this arrangement, but I just wanted to know whether they can at any time claim ownership of the property? Is it safer to have a rental agreement?

yes, its safer to have a rent agreement registered.
