Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father is the owner of shop located in Mumbai. 15 years ago this shop was given on lease to a tenant, the agreement between the owner and tenant does not specify the number of years the shop is given for lease and there is no clause that the owner can vacant the property at any time. Does this type of agreement is called as pagdi system. And also is there any law we can vacant this property.
