Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My Father had Purchase a House in 2005, in Pagdi system, at that point of time Transfer of ownership rate was 3 lakhs, but my father was suffering from Cancer so a Huge amount went for his treatment and we were not able to transfer the house, till six Years the landlord was accepting the rent form the old owner form whome my father had Purchase, but form last one year he is not accepting the rent and telling us to pay 10 Lakhs rupees for transfer, and when we argeerd him to pay, so he increase his demand to 15 lakhs, now when we are ready to pay 15 Lakhs he is asking 20, he is saying i dont want to transfer it in your name, now wht should i do, Can please some one Guide me.
