Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father had 2 wives, his first wife has expired before 30years. He is living with his second wife. But childrens of first wife are staying with my father only, but not under one roof, but in the same property. Is they can stay in the same property, we want to send them out, we dont want to keep them with us.
