Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am having flat in ground floor,and all above floor people having plants out of there balcony while they give water to plants it is comming down and get accumulated at ground floor is it any rules under society to stop such practic.

You may refer to the bye-laws of your society as also the Rules framed by government of your State under the Cooperative Societies Act.

There is a special provision under BMC Act. you can file the comlaint in BMC. You won't find anything in bye laws or co-operative societies act.
