Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we have been given a flat for leave license for last 3 years. now this person has applied and got passport and his passport our flat's address is there.
is it a signal that he may the flat in future. all our documents are clear but our only concern is can he give our flat's address for his passport?

he shuld have obtained a NOC from you
if you object to this than tell him or u can try to get the cancellation of your address on that passport
