Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have given a flat in Maharshtra India on Registered Leave and License. License expired but the Licensee is not vacating the flat. How much time it would generally take to get eviction order? Also during litigation period if I want to sell the flat, is it possible to sell?

Check whether you have option of availing remedy under section 24 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999. This remedy is quite expeditious and you may expect to get result in a year or two.
There is no restriction for sale of flat given on leave and license with pending proceeding for eviction of licensee.
