formation of society by builder
1. after getting OC from NMMC, how much time bulider take to form society?
2. whether maintenance charge to be given to builders till formation of society?
3. During possetion builder take it in writing from members that no initiative to be taken by members to form society and also in individual agreement builder put the clause that all the right will be with builders like use of area in case increase in FSI, collection of charges of mobile tower or advt. hording ect. please clarify
