Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Can a freshly allotted MHADA flat in Mumbai be given on rent. If yes, whether it should be given on Caretaker Agreement or Leave and Licence Agreement. Who will prepare this Caretaker or L L Agreement and how much will it cost . Kindly advise.
