General power of attorney

i am the GPA holder of my grandmother property in year 2001 I had filed a petition for eviction of tenant under AP rent control Act Honble court was pleased to pass eviction warrant.Third party has filed claim petition under the said act the claim petition was dismissed he has filed CRP in AP High court and the same is dismissed. Again he has filed suit for declaration of title by adverse possession and is pending .Is my evidence will be valid as GPA Holder. SC Has passed a judgement GPA holder is not entitle to give evidence. Now my grandmother is totally bedridden what should i do

You are entitled to appear as a witness and give evidence on behalf of your grandmother.
