my grand father make a registerd agreement an area containig of 2 katha land. last 15 years. but he was passed away recently. this land in my possesion. but that person who excute a agreement name md. rafiq. he said this agreement is inopretive...and you give me a fresh price this land. but this land is disputed...in 2002 md. rafiq got a judgement the court of sub judge. md. rafiq was a plantiff this suit. but defendent file apeel....
