my grand pa have studio apartment in south mubai mahaim west , he is not alive yet my father have 4 bro and 1 sis, this flat is land lord system, last 30 to 45 years electric meter is on my father name and 7 yr b fore my was expired, and my father big bro has taken advantage to my father death. he transfered electric meter to his own name with out inform us ( my mom), my bade papa staying over there, and they r not give our hissa (partition) this property is under procedure of redevelopment and my bade papa is transfered all document to his name, the land lord also support to my bade papa and he told us mai aap ko help nahi karonga, aap log mujhe concernt de do ta ke mera redevelopment hogae, warna hum without ur concernt redevelopment karde ge, how v fight agaist land lord and aur bade papa, (how v can collect our money ( hissa) from my grand pa house ) kindly help me v need it very much , thanks and reply

Tenancy goes to the occupant residing in the premises along-with the deceased at the time of his demise.

You shall need to file RAD suit - seeking declaration that you are the Tenant, then only you may be able to get something out of it for yourself.
