My question is, is it necessary to make a dastavej of land when we take over any company?
I think it doesn't require.
What's your opinion?

when you take over any company, you take over the assets and liabilities of the company
so if land belongs to the company, no other dastavej is required except a special power of attorney of the company for the purpose of mutation
