Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
heloo sir if a girl after getting married and given her a land from her parents and if still some of the land is left of the parents self owned should it be divided among all children or else it will be given to only sons?

The self acquired can be given it to any one , not necessarily to children. The children have no right or share in it.
