Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hi,

I am from Bangalore. I have a Scooty whose documents and key got lost when I was relocating within the city to my new house. The Scooty was lying at my old residence for 3 months.

When I went to take the Scooty with a local keymaker, the landlady asked me for Rs.10,000 for parking fees.

Can you please suggest what can be done in this case? I have not intimated the landlady that I was keeping my Scooty for 3 months. I was told by my friend to file a FIR for the lost key as landlady is avoiding me till I pay the amount.

FOR YOU APPLY FOR DUPLICATE DOCUMENT FOR THAT SCTOOY.TRY TO SETTLE THE DISPUTE THROUGH THE PROCESS OF NEGOTIATION OTHER WISE YOU HAVE FLE A SUIT IN THE CRIMINAL COURT AND TOOK THE SEARCH WARRANT FOR GETTING THAT SCOOTY
