Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hi,

My tenant is not vacating my house after repeated intimations.

He wrote an agreement that he will vacate on 31st july 2012. but he didnt and asked for some more time. I have given him enough time but still the same.

Now finally he brought a stay(status quo) from court for continuing in my home.

I heard from other people that he is that kind of guy who will not vacate easily and will expect money from landlord to vacate or do some illegal things.I have given a police complaint as well but they now say that this is already registered in court and they couldnt do anything.

please help me to resolve the problem.

Murali.

you will have to engage a good local lawyer, give legal notice and file a case for eviction and vacant possession.
