hi,
myself jignesh makani from gujarat.we are living in small city and we are renter since 30 years and where we are living,it is plot with three house and two commercial shop and 300 mtr. open space.now our properieter sold whole property to third party without noticed us.than after we made cancel third party dealing by giving application to sub-registrar.now we want to purchase same property with same price.So can we apply easement right ?what we should do ? pls give me suggetion.
