Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi,
We Stay in Chawl, My house comes under the Pagdi System. It is Somewhere around 500sq.ft.
WE 150-200 Rs tax per month.
What is the legal procedure to convert the property from pagdi system to ownership.
And if I sell my property under the Pagdi System than how % of money I have to give to landlord.
Please help

All this depends upon agreement with the owner. However you can make an offer to the owner for purchasing the room.
