hoardings
can the society put hoardings without getting the permission of the builder and can builder do anything if the conveyance of the society is not done and still the hoardings are erected.

If the possession is handedover and the society is formed then builder cease all right in respect of flats etc. and the society can put hoardings without violating the corporation rule.Builder cannot do any thing.
