house owned under pagdi system
I own a house which is under pagdi system. Since i bought a bigger flat i shifted a year back. My pagdi house is vacant now. Want to use it future. Can the landlord force me to vacate the house ?

Yes, provided he wants to use the same for a bonafide purpose or can demonstrate that you have alternative place of accomodation.
