Housing Society Matter
Society is not allowing to mortgage my flat and thus not issuing NOC. Also creating false minutes to disrepute me. Reasons - Co-partnership type housing society and planning for redevelopment

You may approach the authorities in the office of Registrar of Cooperative Societies Act or consider filing a civil suit.

If your housing society is not giving you NOC for creating mortage, you can make application before the registrar of cooperative society, against the decision of governing body of socieity.
