Issues in Flat
Dear Sir,
I am living at chennai in a flat. The residents living above my flat is giving troubles like holding the superstatirs key , pouring water fron the upper stairs by which the water spills throhg the common way and keeping the pot plants on the stairs etc. Though I requested him and lso the president of the association , there is no response.Please advixe me how to got with it.

Make police complaint and approach the court.Consult a local lawwyer with all details.
