Joint Transfer of Tenancy in favour of Sons after the Principal Tenant is deceased.The 2 sons have been staying with her since birth for last 55yrs.

Resident and commercial tenancy is heretible. The situation would be different if the tenancy had been terminated in the life time of the principal tenant .,particularly in the case of tenancy for residential purposes under the Delhi Rent control act.
