land lord is not providing rent receipt from 5 year
i m Stayingat dongri are mum 400009 in one old building from more then 15 years , our land lord is change , from 5 years he is not giving us rent receipt and he is not taking rent also . now he is trubling us saying u cannot stay more people in this room my sister can not stay in that room . Actualy that property is in my brother name but that property is my father property .please help me for this this room at mumbai dongri area

You may deposit the rent in court; If needed, you may contact a lawyer well versed with the local laws of your State.

you can file a case with police as it amounts to criminal offence. Contact a local lawyer.
