how much land lord can take rent max?
after how many years he has to redevlop the property must?
where we can ask for assistance for redevlopment ?
30% payment he ask at the time of sale or purchase, is this permitted?
duble the rent at the of sale, is this permitted?
for any type of renevation asking amount multiple of thousand, is this under law?
we are paying Rs.500 rent ?
