Land problem.. i am from tamilnadu we have been out of town for more that 30 years.. we had a 2 ground of agricultural land in our native place and recently we had put fencing on our land and one of our relative claims that he have been growing the crops in our land for 30 years and we have to give him some compensation if we sell the land. after 12 years, if a person plouch your land and his name is entered in the jamabandies etc then he may claim ownership.
So be careful. First appoint an advocate to findout the legal issue on this point or send us your location of property and doucments etc and may be our team will deal your case.

Please try to collate the documents in all revenue records, title deeds and other documents and take a help of an property expert to go through the same. If everything is fine, you have a legal right to challenge the same and if any thing is adverse to you then you can pay some compensation to them and get some documents from them clearing the hindrance or encumbrance created by them.
