land registration
i had buy 1 biga land from farmer and paid a money to him for his land , when i buy it their is no colony their about 1 km far their is one house ,when i go for registry a land for farming they refused to registerd land for farming ,they want to registerd in aawasiya land, i am a farmer. they file a case , case goes up - up and up we win at local site.
what can we do , we can apply in khandpith to stop the case file by local govt. against the land

Your facts are not clear. Please write again using En English translation of the vernacular words you are using.

as you have won the case, u may file the order before the higher authorities and get the land registered in the category of agricultural land.
