My late husband signed a l&l for 11months which expired in05;thereis no Extention or new agriment signed. perission granted on moral grounds. a am in arrears of Rs 27000/ after adjusting secty depo. landloard pressurissing me surrender possession on the grounds of nonpaymeni of arrears& also as TRESSPASSER(staying beyond 11 months without agriment).HE threttand suitor other suitable methods for TRESSPASSING. will i be able to resist/succid against the move?how? i have 3 small children. kindly advise.

It is better to leave the premises as law doesnot protect the tresspasser

Take help of Legal Aid cell of you area and take appropriate action against illegal acts of landlords.
