Landlord does not collect rent
I have resided in a flat in mumbai for 70 years. The Landlord has stopped collecting rent for the past 2 years . What do i do

you may sent rent by M.O. and if he does not accept the same you may deposit the same in court.

immediately send the rent by money order and if he refuses then file the case in the court and deposit the rent in the court.

Send the rent by money order first, if ur landlord refused to accept the rent, deposit the same in the court
