Your query is not clear. You may have to provide details as to whether compensation ordered is as per the court order which has come in your favour and further whether you are still regularly aying your rent.

The landlord is not required to pay you any compensation; instead you may be required to pay rent regularly as per settlement.

in case your landlord is filing numerous false cases against you, you can file a writ petition under article 32 of the constitution of india that your fundamental right to life is being violated. this writ would be filed straight in supreme court of india.
