i am tenant in chandigarh.the landlady filed first rent eviction against me.i tendered provisional rent in the court and counter claim for the rent paid twice.the landlady again filed subsequent rent petition and i tendered rent on the fisrt date of hearing.now,the the landlady wants monthly rent as per supreme court rakesh wadhawan's case.the rent controller ordered to pay the monthly rent.now,i had already claimed refund of extra rent paid in the first petition.now,if i again pay in the second subsequent petition,what inference the court will decide.please advice.
