The rent controller,chandigarh passed provisional order on arrears of rent to be tendered in court.I am not satisfied with the period of rent,but the rate of rent is right.Can i go for revision in high court.Also,can i tender the rent in the form of bank draft in court.I want advice and favour for me as a tenant.The rent contoller will pass orders of eviction if i do not tender the rent as per his impugned oders.My counter claim bills of repair too have not been considered for adjustment at this initial stage.

deposit without prejudice to your rights, the rent, as per the procedure in the court. i am practicing in delhi and here payments are made through challans.

non depositing is not advisable in any condition.

you have lot more options before moving to high court
