Landlord and tenant
Sir, my question is that whether landlord can ehanance the monthely rent, if yes at what rate will be fixed by the court, and what are the plea rased by the landlord in order to incresed the monthely rent , please send me the plea content rased in notice.

It depends upon the agreement between you and landlord.However, as per law 10% increase is mandatory after 3 years.For rest you have to contact personally.professional charges are applicable.

yes landlord can raise rent and court can fix too.

Rent control law is state law, therefore you have to state which state where the building in question situate
