Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I'm a Landlord. Some of my tenants have installed water booster pump inside their flats, without informing us. This is causing inconvenience to other tenants as well.
My question is, What actions can be taken against such deed of tenants? (Have already tried requesting them to remove those earlier. But not positive response).
