ours is a 45 yr old building.4 yrs back bldg is sold & a new landlord has come.we r paying him anually rents regularly.evry year he is increasing the rent by 4%.previosly we wern't payn any parking charges but now he is collecting 50 Rs/month as parking charges.a week b4 his servant who stays on the terrace in a room of our bldg,misbehaved wth my family members.i called up the police who took the servant to the police station,registered my NC & aftr givn a warning to the servant released him.subsiquently to take revenge & to threat & harrass me landloard has sent an advocates notice stating to handover the vacant possesion f the flat as he is gettn sepratd frm his father & r 2 brothers & has no where to go.plz advice me on the subject as soon as possible.

take note that never never default in making payment of rent on time.
