DEAR SIR

1.My tenent went to court and obtained injunction against eviction.

1. heis very irregular in sending rent.2.the tenency is oral and on monthly rental basis.

3.heis dating the cheque on 27 th of each month and sending on the 13th on wards of the subsequent date -i-e after 15 days. by registered post .3 he did not send the rent for the month of april but he sent the rent for may thereby he skipped one month

3.can i refuse the further rent if he doesnot pay the arrears

4.can he adjust the rent on some false repairs etc without any in writing from me.

4when the case is in the court for his eviction can he improve is condition of living , adjusting the rent.?

4. while doing so can he interfere with the existig structure of the building whith out my permission.?

5.can the court permit such work pending eviction ?

You may file an appropriate application in the pending court and make prayers to the court for passing necessary orders.

We would not like to comment on the orders the court will pass in your case.

However, in a given situation, the landlord may be entitled to seek relief regarding regular payment of rent and an injunction restraining the tenant from altering the building in any manner.
