Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My landlord is troubling me. He is telling me to remove signboards, showcase which doesn't cover the walk way between two stores in the Market.People can easily walk. It is getting difficult for me to conduct business with his nuisance. What can be done about this.Please help.

Move some other suitable place or get permission for erection of sign board and erect.

What is wrong if your landlord is asking you not create any nuisance. You cannot do anything legally as you are at fault according to your message/question.
