my landlord is a widow lady.she is suffering from arthritis.she had given 10 shops on pagdi system on ground floor 20 yrs back & 6 shops on pagdi (in which 1 shop 2 yrs back & other 5 shop 15 yrs back.) & two in her possesion.she was residing on 2 nd floor till 2010.now she and her son had given 2nd floor on monthly rent of 60000 p.m.& was residing on a rented flat of 25000 p.m.now she is demanding eviction of six shops on 1 st floor for bonafide residential purpose as she cant climb on 2 nd floor for residence.her married son is an advocate .. can eviction possible &how much time it will take for eviction.

She can file a petition u/s 14 D of Delhi rent control act and the proceedings are summary. Meet your lawyer along with site plan and other documents to file leave to defend.
