Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
is it possible that landlords can vacate the house where the tenants stay past 42 years .what are the chances of tenants winning the case and on what grounds can they win.

Case results depends on the facts of the case and grounds on which the landlord asks the client for vacating the house.

yes landlord is the owner of the property and can vacate the property when he feels so but he need to have some valid grounds for doing so...
