lease agreement
I am having a commercial shop which I have given on lease to a Ltd. co.I have entered into a lease agreement with the Ltd.co. last year, the ltd. co.entered into the lease agreement with a authorised person with me ,now the person who entered with me as a lease agreement is not working with the this Ltd. co.and has left the this ltd. co. now I want to know is my lease agreement is still valid with this Ltd.co. or I should entered with a new agreement with this Ltd.co. please reply,

your agreement is with the Ltd Co and not with the person so the agreement is a valid one.
