regarding lease doccument
In karnataka i have a 3 shops which i suppose to give on rent from next month, i can make a lease agreement on stamp paper of 11 months, with Notary, if not kindly advice me

Rent Agreement can be made of any term, but the term less than 12 is not compulsorily register-able whereas Lease Agreement must be registered beyond 12 months.
